Meet Lee Lythe.

The Parent Path is the service. I'm the person you'll work with.
I'm Lee Lythe. I bring four things to this work: first-hand experience as a parent navigating ADHD, autism, EHCPs and school support, alongside coaching practice, years of leadership and a corporate career.
That mix shapes how I work. Parent-centred but logical, calm but practical. I help you break things down, make sense of complexity, and move forward with confidence.
Whether you need to understand your options, organise evidence, prepare for a meeting or simply think out loud with someone who gets it, I'm a calm, efficient voice through the noise. Where it's useful, I'll also point you toward trusted professionals and organisations.
The Parent Path does not provide medical, legal or diagnostic advice.
Why I built The Parent Path
I built The Parent Path because I wish it had existed when I needed it.
When concerns were first raised about my own child, I felt overwhelmed. Everyone had an opinion: friends, family, professionals, online forums. I couldn't tell what was actually right for my child.
Schools, SENCOs, Local Authorities and the wider system are full of people doing brilliant, dedicated work. Even so, knowing where to start, who to speak to, what to ask and in what order can be genuinely confusing when you're a worried parent on the inside of it.
What I needed wasn't more opinions. I needed clarity.
The Parent Path exists to be that calm, non-judgmental space. To help you understand your options, access the right support and avoid wasting time, money and energy going down the wrong paths.
To help you avoid wasting time, money and energy going down the wrong paths.
Because when it comes to your child, clarity matters.
